Valient Thorr

North Carolina's incredible Valient Thorr, at the equally incredible Bastard Club in Osnabrueck, Germany.

Valient Thorr plays a very high-energy form of southern heavy rock, often revolving around socio-political themes.

Be prepared for vests, massive beards, sweat and bodies everywhere during a show.  They don't start slow and they rarely let up until the encore pause.

Extra points if you're a wrestling fan; Valient Himself sells his own drawings of wrestling legends (ie: The Ultimate Warrior, Randy "Macho Man" Savage), as well as cult figures, such as David Lo Pan from "Big Trouble In Little China".  Dr. Professor Nitewolf Strangees (bass) also has some of his own art out there.

Losing shoes during the show...
